A local theatre company came to my agency looking to get people excited about the play they were putting on, Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors. It was described to me as 'Dracula, but if it was pop.' Having already heard of this play, I was really excited to bring this vision to life. I decided that, since they wanted a digital board, a great way to advertise this would be with a design that evolved as it went through its rotation. As the board played, we see a river of blood rising, but rather than grow dark and terrifying, it comes to life with bright lights you'd find on a dance floor.
