I decided to expand my skill set by teaching myself Blender. As my first independent foray, I decided to create something based not off what I currently knew how to do, but a vision that I had that would force me to learn new things. Which led me to this image that popped into my head one late night when I couldn't sleep, of the clouds from outside slipping down from the sky into my room, and peeling back the curtains to reveal the stars in the sky. This was a labor of love, but it was definitely a labor. I searched through countless YouTube videos and Reddit posts trying to build what I saw and solve problems as they popped up. But looking at the final result I couldn't be more happy with the results. As only my second ever Blender project, I look at it and see a testament of my determination and potential.
